Needs and Conflicts

If you have a specific location (e.g., by a particular lab) or set-up need (e.g., by an electrical outlet) requirement for the display of your poster, list your requirements in the "Special Needs" field below. If you want this request to be processed, you must include your first name, last name, email address and poster number.

If you or a fellow presenter on your poster have a CLASS conflict (either taking or teaching) with Poster Session 1 and 2 on SRS Day Event, provide the requested course information regarding the course in conflict below. We will try to assign your poster to the session that does not conflict with your class. If you want this request to be processed, you must include your first name, last name, email address and poster number in the input fields.

Participation

Participation in the Symposium will offer students practical experience in giving presentations in a professional but relaxed setting. It will also be a fun social event where students can learn about research happening in other departments. There will also be live entertainment, free food, and awards.
