Needs and Conflicts

If you have a specific location (e.g., by a particular lab) or set-up need (e.g., by an electrical outlet) requirement for the display of your poster, list your requirements in the "Special Needs" field below. If you want this request to be processed, you must include your first name, last name, email address and presentation number.

If you or a fellow presenter on your presentation have a CLASS conflict (either taking or teaching) with Presentation Session 1 and 2 on SRS Day Event, provide the requested course information regarding the course in conflict below. We will try to assign your presentation to the session that does not conflict with your class. If you want this request to be processed, you must include your first name, last name, email address and presentation number in the input fields.

Participation

Participation in the Symposium offers students practical experience in giving presentations in a professional but relaxed setting. It is also a fun social event where students can learn about research in other departments in the College.
